The legal counsel is guided by the Constitution of Ukraine, the Labor Code of Ukraine, other codes, laws, subordinate legal acts, the Statute of the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine, the Regulation on the Separated Division of the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine "Berezhany Agricultural College" The rules of the internal regulations of the NUBiP of Ukraine "Berezhansky Agrotechnical College", the general Regulations on the legal service of the minister Rector, other executive body, state enterprise, institution and organization, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated November 26, 2008, No. 1040 (as amended), Regulation on the legal service of the NUBiP of Ukraine "Berezhany Agrotecnical College", Regulation (instruction) on the procedure the conduct of claim and litigation work of the VN NUBiP Ukraine "Berezhansky Agrotechnical College", the job description of the legal counsel.
The main task of the legal counsel is the organization of legal work at the College aimed at correct application, strict compliance with the requirements of legislation by guidance and employees during the College's activities, the development of legal documents, participation in the work of concluding contracts and preparing conclusions on legal issues that arise under the work time of the College, drafts of normative acts, as well as the development of proposals for improving the College's activities, representation of the interests of the BATC in courts.
